TORXX Kinetic Pulverizer® technology

Recycle what shredders and grinders can’t.

TORXX Kinetic Pulverizer® technology breaks hard-to-recycle material apart by impact, with no knives to wear out. Proven on glass, gypsum, shingles and C&D. Now focused on retired wind turbine blades.

Our focus

Wind turbine blade recycling

Blades are built to last for decades, which makes them hard to get rid of. Most retired blades are cut up and landfilled or left in stockpiles.

In a TORXX Kinetic Pulverizer® machine, blade composite breaks itself apart, freeing glass fiber from resin for use as reinforcement in concrete, an application now in technical evaluation.

How it works

Pulverize, liberate, separate

High-speed air vortices hurl material into itself. Brittle material shatters into granules or powder, soft material becomes fluff, and bonded layers come apart, ready to be screened into separate streams.

One pass, pre-set size

Material leaves at a consistent size you choose.

Built not to wear out

Matter-on-matter impact means minimal wear and no blades to replace.

One machine, many materials

Switch feedstocks from a touch screen. Runs indoors or out.
